We have an excel spreadsheet that we use as a strategy scorecard, it works but as more and more people get involved it has become difficult to maintain control. Does this product lend itself to managing a strategy scorecard?
This is more a sales question than a technical question but I think I can point you in the right direction. There are two products QuickScore and Scoreboard, they are both basically the same apart from the terms used in the menus. If you follow a Balanced Scorecard approach use QuickScore if you don’t then use Scoreboard.
It looks to me as you are talking about a Strategy Scorecard, Scoreboard is probably a better solution for you. Take a look at the Strategy Scorecard page on the Intrafocus website, this should help you make a decision.
