RIDDOR Reporting and Scorecards

One of the things that Scoreboard is really good at is managing multiple scorecards that contain the same content.  One typical application is RIDDOR – Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences.

This is a government statute in the United Kingdom. Any business or organisation and I think it includes Government as well need to keep records of and report particular incidents that include fatalities, serious injuries and diseases.

The great thing about Scoreboard is that it has a ‘Master Template’ function that allows you to create a single template and then cascade it to multiple organisations or departments.  there is also a rollup function that means and data entered into the ‘slave’ scorecards will automatically be rolled up to the top-level master scorecards.

So the scenario here is that you can create one standard master RIDDOR scorecard and distribute it across the organisation to be completed when required.  At the moment, this is more often than not done with spreadsheets which is fraught with problems, not least of which is accurately collating potential hundreds of responses.

And just to make your lives simpler, Intrafocus has already created a master RIDDOR Scorecard system in Scoreboard.  You can find details here: RIDDOR Scorecard
